Online licensing is available for new applicants and existing licensees. Contestant and Non-Contestant licenses expire December 31. Promoter licenses expire one year from date of issuance. Renewals are welcome at any time for expired licenses. Renewals for active licenses are accepted beginning November 1.
Those who want to renew a license must submit payment. If a physical is required, the form must be dated within the last 90 days, a doctor has checked “this individual is…” information, and affixed an office stamp or business card. Wrestlers not previously licensed within the previous two (2) years and/or age 45 or older, all Boxers and all MMA artists must submit a physical with their application or renewal.
